Founded by Trenna Reid, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist. Having children with various health issues, she decided there had to be an alternative to the numerous pills that had little to no effect. Finding success with her family it was then decided to start her business and help others find relief.

Now with a growing successful business, Trenna has decided to expand and bring more reflexology therapists into her location to help more people from Winnipeg and its surrounding communities.

We look forward to seeing you and your loved ones soon.

Practiced by the Chinese for 5,000 years, reflexology works on the ancient belief in energy channels, known as meridians, which lead to the feet. By applying pressure to specific parts of the foot, known as reflex points, energy can be balanced elsewhere in the body. Many ancient cultures had a form of foot therapy, passed down from generation to generation.

Feet have over 7,000 nerve endings, so putting pressure on them really stimulates other parts of the body.

Reflexology is used for proactive healthy living.

Here at Discover Reflexology, we believe reflexology is an integrative therapy and not an alternative practice. Reflexology goes along beside other therapies and medicine to help people as a whole.
